How to make 2-ingredient healthy ice cream

First of all you have to put a banana into the freezer for 4 hours or more

Then you're gonna put the banana into a bowl/a mixer. You want to mix it until it gets extremely smooth. (if your banana is too cold, you may have to heat it up in the microwave for a few seconds)

I mixed mine with a hand mixer and now you can see how smooth you want it to be

Then put in a teaspoon of cacao/unsweetened cocoa powder

Mix again until it looks like this

Pour it into a bowl and pop it into the freezer for a few hours more (at least two). You can eat it straight away but i like it when it has the same consistency as ice cream
