Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash peaches & skin them.

Cut peaches in half & remove pit. You may need to cut a bit off bottom so they can sit level in the pan.

Spray peaches, front & back with spray butter. Set on parchment lined pan.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on both sides of peaches. Set aside.

In a medium bowl add all other ingredients.

Mix together.

Spoon cream cheese mixture into centers of peaches.

Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned & softened.

Serve warm alone or with vanilla ice cream.
